Safe Environment Program Requirements
The Diocesan Background Check process requires that all volunteers and employees who have regular and frequent contact with the students be screened each year for evidence of any form of violence including sexual abuse and other limited criminal details.
In order for the Parish Office to perform a search, an Employee/Volunteer Application must be completed with an authorization and release for a background check. Also, to complete the process, the applicant must read the Employee/Volunteer Policy Manual and view the video on Diocesan Policies. After the screening has taken place and been approved and the mandatory manual and video requirements documented, then the employee/volunteer is eligible for positions at St. Anthony's Church and/or School.
All applications must be submitted by September 30, 2010, for the school year. This includes winter and spring sports coaching positions and activities.
