St. Anthony School Board

Meeting Summaries:

Below are summaries of the St. Anthony de Padua School Board meetings.  If you have questions or would like more information, please contact Chad Barwick, Principal.


The School Board:
  1. Models the faith community
  2. Develops policies which it recommends to the Pastor.
  3. Proposes school budget to the Parish Finance Committee.
  4. Is involved in the employment of the Principal.
  5. Evaluates the Principal's performance annually and makes a recommendation to the Pastor.
  6. Acts as the public relations arm of the school.
  7. Represents its constituency.

The Objectives of the School Board are:

  1. To establish and maintain those policies that will advance the philosophy of Catholic Education.
  2. To provide a forum for the discussion of those policies, plans, and other matters pertinent to St. Anthony School.

The School Board holds a maximum of five meetings each year on the first Wednesday of the months of October, December, February, April, and June.

School Board News:

Strategic Planning is Under Way

The St. Anthony School Board has started meeting to craft a strategic plan for the next three to five years that will lead us to being a stronger, fiscally sound, academically excellent, Catholic community.

In the next few weeks, committees will be seeking out members of our community for their input and expertise in various aspects of the life and future of our school as the largest ministry of the parish. Please keep the School Board in your prayers as they complete this important work.
